Poor attendance' is a stronger term than absence when dealing with an individual.
Acting quickly is important, but when do you act ?
A calculator pops up for clients with the 'when to take action' button. Put in the number of periods they've had off, and the total number of days in those periods. If the figure exceeds what we recommend is reasonable - then you act.
Long term sickness is different and more like retirement. We tell you how to do this supportively and legally, and the Government bodies that will support you to deal with this.
